:) Welcome to U.S. tardsville!!! A place where all TARDS can grow and frolick together, whether
in a cardboard box, or in the sky. Whether we can eat cookies, or whether we have to settle for pudding...(the president prefers
to enjoy on one foot).
TARDS is a group created by Five 'Special' individuals.
In fact this website was made by a bunch of eight graders...SOON TO BE NINTH :)
The "President"(she is nuttier than a walnut) is Talaysia AKA Splee. Whenever you become
a TARD you get a name. Like, Splee or Poptart or Stroodle or Apple or Highly-Smart.
Most likely, they will be spelled wrong....purposefully...(again nuttier than
a walnut)

Retard-shouldnt need explaining
Adtard- advance-edly retarted
Extard- expert retard person
Protard-keep it proffesional
GodTard-your enemies will be bought to your office
Lastname- Once you recieve your TARD name and make it to this level, tard will be
yo last name...EVA...ex: spleetard
